Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team at blithequark. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You will work closely with our Operations and Customer Center teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Work closely with the Operations and Customer Center teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop solutions to drive business success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure blithequark remains competitive
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and stay current with industry developments
Center Allocation
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be allocated to one of the following teams:
- Load Control Center: responsible for aircraft weight and balance, fuel delivery, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company specifications
- Fuel Strategy: responsible for developing strategy, tools, and sustainability policy for fuel consumption, and improving payload forecasting
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Availability to work for at least 3 alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM schedule
- Enrollment with an educational institution throughout the term of the co-op program
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new situations
- Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in team and individual settings
- Commitment to safety and security, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge:
- Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of airline operations, scheduling, and planning
- Leadership experience, including student and community organizations
