**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional experience that sets us apart from the competition. You'll interact with customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs. Your goal will be to craft memorable experiences that build customer loyalty and retention.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Interact with customers in a kind and beneficial manner, crafting meaningful connections and building customer loyalty and retention
* Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations
* Work daily with a safety mentality, ensuring that you and your colleagues maintain the highest standards of safety and security
* Navigate complex situations with composure and adaptability, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve success, supporting new processes and technologies and contributing to a positive team culture
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Minimum of 18 years old
* Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
* Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
* Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
