Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive support experience
- Help customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and answering questions about different pricing plans available to customers
- Handle 2-3 concurrent live chats, prioritizing and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Utilize help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk to manage customer support requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
- Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
- Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer issues
- A strong team player with a supportive and friendly attitude, who is proactive and has a can-do approach to work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting customers using WordPress or other content management systems
- Familiarity with technical support concepts and principles, with a desire to learn and grow into technical support roles
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently

Compensation and Benefits
