Job Description: Join Netflix’s remote customer experience team as a Part‐Time Remote Customer Support Representative. In this role you’ll handle incoming member inquiries via chat, email or voice (as assigned), helping resolve account issues, billing questions, streaming troubleshooting or general queries. You’ll represent the brand, deliver top-tier service, document interactions, and contribute to our members’ seamless entertainment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist with account setups, cancellations, billing issues and streaming technical issues.
Log each interaction accurately in CRM/ticketing systems.
Escalate complex issues to higher tiers as needed.
Maintain high service quality while working remotely, hitting daily productivity targets.
Participate in paid training and remote team meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Customer-focused attitude and ability to remain patient and solution-oriented.
Basic comfort working with computers and navigating online systems.
Reliable internet, quiet workspace at home, ability to work part-time shifts (including some evenings/weekends).
No previous experience strictly required but any customer-service or remote work experience is a plus.
