Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a critical point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and solutions to our diverse customer base. Your primary focus will be on handling direct phone calls from customers and sales representatives, documenting key information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
- Verbally receive information from customers to clarify the purpose of their call and provide solutions to their queries
- Create orders, provide product information, create RGA (Return Goods Authorization), or refer calls to the appropriate department, dealer, distributor, or sales representative
- Coordinate with other departments to verify the availability of products and recommend product selections based on product applications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data and process or respond to email correspondence from customers or sales representatives
- Mail catalogs to customers as requested, retrieve and send invoices or packing lists, and process credit memos/chargebacks
- Assist customers with resolving issues related to miss-shipments, communicate territory/customer problems with assigned sales representatives, and provide basic technical guidance on products
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve backorder issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Critical Functional Skills and Knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and knowledge:
- Solid working knowledge of a CRM system and phone system
- Ability to read schematics and illustrated parts lists
- Solid ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system knowledge
- Working product knowledge and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience
We are looking for candidates with the following education and experience:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Solid English verbal and written communication skills
- At least 2 years' previous experience working in a call center environment as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)
- At least 3-5 years' previous work experience balancing call center and data entry responsibilities
