About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone using the Gorgias platform, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Utilize the Shopify e-commerce platform to resolve customer issues related to billing, account management, and order placement or modification.
  • Stay up-to-date on product details and company policies to ensure you're always offering the best possible assistance.
  • Keep updated on current advertisements, promotions, and sales, as these will frequently change, ensuring customers receive the most relevant information.
  • Foster clear and open communication with your team to ensure smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Adhere to established procedures and policies, while remaining adaptable to any updates or changes in processes.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role within the e-commerce space, particularly for a company that sells products online.
  • A strong proficiency in using technology and being comfortable navigating various software platforms independently.
  • A natural communicator with a passion for helping others and a strong professional demeanor.
  • A solution-focused mindset in all customer interactions, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working with customer service platforms, such as Gorgias, and e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify.
  • Familiarity with the wellness industry, including essential oils, diffuser jewelry, and other related products.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively.
