About the Role
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient entry of data into the QuickClaim system. Your strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and proficiency in typing will be essential in meeting the quality requirements of the role. You will be working in a remote environment, interacting with other staff members as needed, and making recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images
- Identify document types based on provided documentation
- Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements
- Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential, following HIPAA standards
- Professionally interact with other staff members as needed
- Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes
- Work until all tasks are completed for the day
- Perform other basic office duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and move quickly

- Required to maintain confidentiality of client data
- Must be able to read and speak English
- WPM Typing Test: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy
- KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy
- Permanent Authorization to work in the United States
