Role Overview
As a Capital Introduction Advisor, you’ll act as a strategic bridge between project sponsors and global funding sources. This is an independent, commission-based role designed for experienced professionals with established relationships in capital markets, private equity, or high-value project development.
Your objective is to identify, qualify, and introduce funding opportunities across CGC’s core sectors:
• Commercial Real Estate – development, acquisitions, logistics parks
• Data Centers & Technology Platforms
• Green Energy & ESG Projects – renewables, carbon reduction, recycling
• Infrastructure & Transportation – ports, airports, bridges, rail systems
• Medical & Health Infrastructure – hospitals, devices, R&D facilities
• Food & Agriculture – agri-tech, logistics, processing
• Commodities & Trade – gold, oil transfers, BTC, and structured asset finance
• Manufacturing & Industrial Facilities
Key Responsibilities
• Source and introduce qualified projects, sponsors, or investors that align with CGC’s mandates.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance in all introductions.
• Collaborate directly with CGC leadership to evaluate and advance qualified opportunities.
• Foster long-term strategic relationships that create recurring deal flow.
Qualifications
• Proven network or access to sponsors, developers, or investors in any of CGC’s active sectors.
• 5+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, private equity, or structured finance preferred.
• Deep understanding of funding instruments (debt, equity, JV, or structured products).
• Excellent communication, credibility, and relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high integrity and self-motivation.
Compensation
• Commission-based 1099 structure — competitive success fees paid on funded transactions.
