Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after sign-up, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any initial queries or concerns.
- Clearly communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to set realistic expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, gather feedback, and ensure they are delighted with our services.
- Follow-up & Engagement:
- Monitor client accounts, ensuring regular follow-ups and maintaining open lines of communication between clients and recruiters.
- Maintain close contact with clients to gather feedback on candidates, follow up on pending actions, and address any emerging issues.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback to ensure continuity of service and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align on client needs, ensure a proactive approach to client engagement, and facilitate the delivery of exceptional services.
- Address any client issues or concerns promptly, escalating them when necessary to ensure quick resolution and minimize potential disruptions.
- Relationship Building & Upselling:

Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or similar, with a demonstrable track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
