About the Role

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer at blithequark, you will function as a cloud security product expert, identifying customer requirements, matching them with specific product features, and helping customers implement key features. You will be responsible for responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via various channels, including our customer portal, phone, email, and Teams. Your passion for cloud technology, aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues under defined time constraints, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Your Impact

We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer to partner with our customers on technical implementations and provide ongoing assistance with reported issues and requested feature enhancements. Your responsibilities will include timely resolution of customer queries, advising and guiding customers on product features and functionalities, and building trust relationships with our clients. To succeed in this role, you should be an ardent listener, an excellent communicator, and familiar with customer helpdesk solutions, with a background in computer science and information security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on prescribed best practices and guide them on successful and timely deployments.
  • Provide On Call Support for blithequark customers, including answering technical questions, triaging, and troubleshooting reported issues within defined contractual SLAs.
  • Replicate reported issues and identify corrective action, such as configuration fixes, product fixes, or feature enhancements.
  • Contribute to blithequark’s internal and customer-facing knowledge base, including creating How-to Videos and Product best practices guides.
  • Monitor and address customer feedback and queries on social platforms.
  • Generate awareness about new product features with customer communities.
  • Gather customer feedback and act as a link between Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Enable new team members with proprietary product and complimentary technologies.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Experience in a Technical Support Specialist and/or Services Engineering role.
  • Experience with the Cybersecurity industry, IAM/PAM domain, and tools.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Proficiency in technical triaging and troubleshooting methods.
  • Experience using customer helpdesk solutions like Zendesk, project management solutions like Monday.com, and JIRA/Confluence.
  • A clear understanding of IAM services of leading Cloud Services Platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with command line prompts, APIs, SQL, JSON, Terraform, and Python.
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced startup culture.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Resourceful, self-learner, and problem solver.
