About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional to fill the position of Account Manager / Customer Success Manager. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after sign-up, ensuring a warm welcome and a comprehensive introduction to our services.
    • Clearly communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to set realistic expectations and facilitate a smooth transition into our virtual assistant solutions.
    • Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, gather feedback, and ensure they are consistently satisfied with our services, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high levels of client delight.
  • Follow-up & Engagement:
    • Monitor client accounts closely, ensuring regular follow-ups and maintaining open lines of communication between clients and our recruitment team to address any questions or concerns promptly.
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback to ensure continuity of service and personalize our approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
    • Keep clients informed about the progress of their virtual assistant placements, providing updates on candidate shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaboration & Support:
    • Work in tandem with our recruitment team to align on client needs, ensuring a proactive and client-centric approach to talent acquisition and virtual assistant placement.
    • Address any client issues or concerns with urgency and professionalism, escalating them when necessary to ensure quick resolution and minimal disruption to our clients' operations.
    • Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration, facilitating open communication between all stakeholders to drive mutual success.
  • Relationship Building & Upselling:
    • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, taking the time to understand their business objectives, challenges, and future staffing needs to offer relevant and impactful solutions.
    • Identify opportunities to offer additional services that align with clients' goals, enhancing their experience and driving business growth through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
    • Present tailored solutions to clients, leveraging your understanding of their needs and our capabilities to close upsell opportunities and earn commissions for successful placements.
  • Expectation Setting & Client Education:
    • Educate clients on best practices for working with virtual assistants, setting clear expectations around response times, deliverables, and communication protocols to ensure seamless collaboration.
    • Ensure clients are well-prepared and engaged throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and support as needed to facilitate successful placements and ongoing satisfaction.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, sharing insights and recommendations with clients to help them optimize their use of virtual assistants and achieve their business goals.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or similar, with a track record of building strong client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative and proactively solving problems to ensure client satisfaction and business success.
  • Experience working in or with recruitment, staffing, or a related field is highly desirable, as is familiarity with virtual assistants and the talent landscape in the Philippines and Latin America.
