About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming inquiries from international investors via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Managing WhatsApp communication and phone calls to ensure prompt and effective responses to client queries
  • Understanding client needs and building trust-based relationships through exceptional customer service and consultation
  • Organizing and conducting Zoom calls to facilitate communication and collaboration with clients
  • Entering and managing data in our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information
  • Collaborating with our team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance client satisfaction and experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native English speaker or C1 level proficiency
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a real estate or investment-related industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Understanding of investment instruments and terminology, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), mutual funds, and other investment vehicles
  • Experience working with CRM systems, with the ability to enter and manage data accurately and efficiently
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new processes, technologies, and systems
