Job Overview

As a Customer Success Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing and closing renewal transactions, identifying upselling opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success. This role is critical to our Revenue and Customer Success organizations, and we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. You will work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Legal teams to maximize renewal success and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Revenue, Success, Marketing, and Legal teams to develop and execute renewal strategies that drive customer retention and growth
  • Work in partnership with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and engage the right sales resources to increase growth within existing accounts
  • Manage the renewal lifecycle, including administrative tasks such as acquiring Purchase Orders, forecasting, quoting, agreement negotiations, and order creation and submission
  • Engage with Revenue and Customer Success counterparts to identify and mitigate risk within your customer base
  • Partner effectively with sales account executives to support the customer segment and drive revenue growth

  • Comfortable using a variety of communication methods, including sending outbound emails, making outbound phone calls, conducting virtual meetings, and leading webinars
  • Business sense and ability to analyze data to address customer situations, with strong communication, organization, and time management skills

  • Experience in customer success, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer retention
  • Knowledge of SaaS or technology industry, with a strong understanding of customer success principles and practices

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $63,000 - $70,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
