* Build your own schedule, with a minimum of 30 hours per week required, but feel free to work more if you'd like
* Collaborate with our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to provide exceptional customer support

**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, helping clients navigate our products and services
* Answering questions and resolving issues related to our tax return software and other products
* Collaborating with our SMEs and MPS to provide expert guidance and support
* Building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices, with ongoing training and development opportunities
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
**Essential Qualifications**
