**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' logistics and administration needs. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, working with carriers and transportation providers, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. **Responsibilities**
* Handle requests to plan shipments, including associated documentation, and ensure timely and efficient delivery
* Collaborate with carriers, airlines, and other transportation providers to resolve any issues or concerns
* Consolidate and break-bulk shipments as required, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
* Document and update customer records based on interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients for active shipments, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
* Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and coordination, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times
**Qualifications**
* Must speak English fluently, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must have a reliable internet connection and an alternate backup in the event of inclement weather or a natural disaster
* Dual monitors are preferred, but not essential
* Must be available to work 6a-3p PST Monday - Friday, with flexibility to work occasional overtime as required
* Previous experience in customer service, call center environment, or other related fields is highly desirable
* Ability to build rapport with clients, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Typing test will be required to assess your data entry skills
