Position: Work From Home Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing excellent service and support
Assist customers with order placement, product information, and general inquiries
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Document and track customer interactions using our customer management system
Provide accurate and efficient information to customers
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong ability to multitask and navigate through various computer systems
Comfortable working from home and maintaining a productive work environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
