We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a part-time virtual assistant. This position starts at 20 hours per week with the potential to transition to full-time for the right candidate. While the role is remote, we prefer applicants based in the Mountain or Central Time Zones. Key Responsibilities • Administrative Support: • Manage emails and schedule appointments. • Assist with contracts, quotes, and pricing. • Handle bills and manage financial records. • Perform data entry and organization in HubSpot. • Content and Communication: • Post engaging content on various platforms. • Conduct LinkedIn outreach and connect with new contacts. • Vendor Management: • Research and manage vendor relationships. • Assist with procurement tasks as needed. • Project Assistance: • Support ad-hoc projects and various ongoing initiatives. • Plan and organize team events, client interactions, and company activities. • Advocate for the company and assist with award submissions. • Leadership Support: • Take notes and manage tasks to keep leadership organized. • Ensure clear communication within the team and with external partners. Qualifications • Location: Based in the Mountain or Central Time Zone. • Experience: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and proactively.
