This is also a contract position of at least 7 months duration - there will be opportunities to be brought on permanently based on performance. Responsibilities What you'll do here • Receive calls and emails from clients and assist them with various inquiries • Troubleshoot/diagnose and problem solve potential issues remotely • Provide direction and information to clients to resolve the issue • Document any issues for future review purposes • Schedule technicians for onsite support • Complete work orders • Adhere to company policies and procedures to meet customer satisfaction standards Apply Job!
