We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our growing team. This role will focus on social media management, content writing, administrative support, and customer service. If you?re a proactive multitasker with strong communication skills, we?d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management & Content Creation ? Plan, schedule, and post engaging content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. ? Monitor comments and messages, engage with the community, and support audience growth. ? Track analytics and optimize content for performance. ? Assist in designing graphics and captions that align with our brand voice. Content Writing & Marketing Support ? Draft blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials. ? Help create case studies, whitepapers, and website content. ? Support email marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. Administrative & Operational Support ? Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize digital files. ? Conduct research on retail trends, competitors, and e-commerce tools. ? Assist in compiling reports and presentations. ? Handle basic invoicing, data entry, and CRM updates. Customer & Client Support ? Respond to client inquiries via email and social media. ? Provide customer service support, ensuring timely issue resolution. ? Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining CRM records. Ideal Candidate ? 4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, administrative assistance, or customer service. ? Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail. ? Experience using social media tools (LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer) and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). ? Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, and Trello/Asana for task management. ? Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
