Logistics Lead
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM TO 4:00 PM ( Must be flexible to work Saturdays)
Position Description:
Oversee logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Utilize ERP SAP systems to track and manage inventory, shipments, and supply chain performance.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Work closely with procurement, customer service, and warehouse teams to streamline operations.
Train and supervise logistics personnel, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
Generate reports and dashboards using SAP ERP for data-driven decision-making.
Address and resolve shipping delays, discrepancies, and other logistics challenges.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent;
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must have experience in ERP/SAP systems
Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is advantageous.
