We offer: • Competitive hourly wages and up to an additional $350 bi-weekly in commission potential • Two base hourly pay raises during the first year of employment • 100% Paid Virtual Training • Advancement opportunities in virtual leadership, training, quality, and workforce management roles • 401k Plan • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance after only 90 days for Full Time • Free Satellite Radio service perks • $22 monthly internet stipend for those who qualify Specific Job Responsibilities • Contact existing customers on behalf of North America's Leading Broadcast Entertainment Company • Upgrade or re-subscribe their services utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems • Deliver sales (number of contacts, number of leads/conversions/sales, etc) results that meet client performance objectives. • Deliver productivity results (contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy) that meet client performance objectives. • Adhere to standard contact procedures and attempt to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections. • Adhere to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards. Requirements: • Must be an Indiana Resident • Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions • Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service Experience are highly preferred • Professional vocabulary • Excellent communication skills both oral and written • Assertive, quick thinking • Excellent schedule adherence and attendance • Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus! • Good computer skills Technical Requirements: · Must provide your own Computer or Laptop · Internet Connection - Direct wired connection: Minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10mbps upload of DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable (no dial-up, satellite, and mobile broadband connections) · Windows 10 Desktop or laptop current on all security updates · High-quality noise-canceling wired USB headset · Dual Screen Set-up – a separate 19” monitor with 1280×1024 minimum resolution (this does not include monitors associated with an All-In-One (AIO) unit) · Webcam · Free space – 5 GB · Processor speed – Dual Core @3 GHz or better OR Quad Core @2GHz or better · RAM Required – 8 GB · Anti-Virus – Full versions of Windows Defender or Essentials Company Overview TSD Global, a subsidiary of Movate Inc, has been a leader in customer service solutions since 1989.
