- Monitor and prevent incidents in the remote lab.
 - Investigate and resolve hardware and software incidents.
 - Handle hardware assets and onboard new users to the remote lab.
 - Provide end-user support via email, chat, and phone.
 - Collect and analyze user feedback to enhance the remote lab experience.
 - Develop documentation and knowledge base articles.
 
- Expertise in Python programming and Linux system engineering.
 - Strong application support and troubleshooting skills.
 - Experience with system administration and engineering.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Passion for helping users and improving their experience.
 
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
 - Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
 - Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, Zendesk).
 - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 - Experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
