Key Responsibilities:

Field Exposure & Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive field publicity strategies, including word-of-mouth screening programs and regional press events.

Press Relations: Coordinate with producers and talent for press visits, screenings, reviews, and coverage. Manage press list databases and track press attendance.

Event Coordination: Organize regional screenings, oversee resource delivery for local activations, and support press day and regional film festival planning.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, multicultural PR groups, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and events.

Data Management: Support data entry, manage campaign summary reports, and handle vendor invoice processing.

Regional Engagement: Liaise with college programs, coordinate anti-piracy security, and manage field requests from WOM partners and agencies.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in field publicity and marketing, with a focus on word-of-mouth campaigns.

Network: Strong connections with regional media and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key journalists, influencers, and agencies.

Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, superior organizational abilities, and a creative mindset.
