About the position

The Chat Support Specialist is a customer-oriented role focused on providing real-time assistance through a chat support platform. The specialist will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive user experience. Responsibilities
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via chat.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
