We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. Job Description Charles Taylor is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is an integral part of the team and will help execute our growth strategy and achieve our goals including direct support of our national sales team and executive leadership across multiple brands and business units. This position has C-Suite executive level exposure and an opportunity to collaborate with many leaders within the business and across the globe. The marketing department is a fast-paced environment across several divisions and functions from proposals to trade shows. The Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for developing, creating, and executing a wide range of corporate communications and marketing materials, including but not limited to requests for proposals (RFPs), marketing collateral, customer messaging, presentations, and the oversight of strategic social media campaigns. Strong verbal, and written communication, the ability to multitask and organizational skills are critical to delivering quality results while successfully managing various marketing projects. Responsibilities  Development of RFP content, manage workflow and execution of RFP responses  Develop content, oversee design, distribute & maintain marketing materials  Organize cross-functional teams to develop proposal strategies, collateral & sales presentations  Assist with the direction and creation of sales presentations including PowerPoints  Maintain content libraries and collateral repositories  keeping everything up to date  Create and manage website content- including thought leadership for multiple divisions  Coordinate conferences, sponsorships, event planning & tradeshows  Oversee social media management of multiple divisions  Oversight and project management of external marketing vendors including designers, agencies, tradeshow & promotional vendors  Assist with coordination of public relations agencies and activities Skills  Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills  Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills  Expert knowledge with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel  Working knowledge of databases or knowledge management systems  Proficiently in Adobe Creative Suite, or relevant design experience  Excellent organizational and time management skills  Experience with social media, CRM or marketing automation software required  Experience working in a remote, work from home environment Related Work Experience  High proficiency in self-managing project details  Ability to comprehend and organize complex materials according to requirements  Ability to use judgment to plan, accomplish goals and meet demanding deadlines  Independent research and fact-finding abilities  Ability to work with minimal direction and proactively seek guidance as needed Requirements  BachelorÂs degree (English, communications, marketing or business administration is a plus) from a four-year accredited college/university  Minimum of 5-7 years of business/relevant working experience  Established writing experience required  Manage complex projects that may require overtime hours  Desire for career growth  10% travel Values At Charles Taylor, our values define our identity, principles and conduct.
