Skills • Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in a luxury hotel environment. • Prior sales experience required. • Familiarity with Opera Software is a plus. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. • A positive, energetic attitude with a commitment to excellence and teamwork.
