We can help with that. • myHR Partner has a part time Senior Payroll Specialist role available, where you’ll enjoy working with our clients in a variety of industries. • For the past 3 years, we’ve been honored to be awarded as a Best Places To Work in PA, and as an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company! • We are seeking a part-time team member to support our payroll clients by working roughly 10-20 hours per week with the possibility of more hours in the future if desired. • Mondays and Tuesdays are expected to be the heaviest days, but availability throughout the week is important to address any issues that may arise. • Our clients depend on our team for accurate and efficient payroll and benefits administration for their employees. • We work with a variety of different payroll and benefit vendors, as our clients keep their vendor of choice. • This role will give you an opportunity to work on a variety of different tasks each day, your day-to-day may include the following: • Serve as a payroll subject matter expert for our team, providing coaching, guidance, and training to our team members • Oversee regular payroll processing activities for specific clients, collaborating with clients on payroll-related needs • Serve as a main contact for payroll information for audits, benefits census data, worker’s compensation reviews, etc. • Manage payroll compliance items such as year-end tasks, state-specific regulations, etc. • Assist with employee benefits administration, reporting, and payroll-related setup as needed • Manage payroll implementations, transitions, or other large-scale payroll-related projects • Work with multiple Payroll and HR Technology solutions • Provide support for specialized payroll client projects • Build and run custom payroll reports • Conduct payroll audits Requirements: • Experience: 5+ years of payroll experience working at an independent level • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR or related field, and/or a CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certificate or willingness to become certified • Software Skills: Must be well-versed in MS Office and various software as we are a cloud-based company, Workday and ADP experience a plus • Modern & Progressive Approach: Align with our philosophy of keeping up with trends and offer new ideas with a modern approach • Adaptability: Excel at relationship building and adapting to a diverse customer base Benefits: • Fully company-paid employee benefits (you read that right, FULLY paid employee benefits for employees who work 20+ hours per week!) • Medical, dental, vision insurance • Telemedicine for the family • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Vacation and Holiday pay (prorated for our part-time employees) • Vacation days that increase annually • Sick Days • 7 paid holidays PLUS… • Choose your own holiday with myCelebration • break up the long winter with a Winter Blues Day • and your birthday off! • Gift of Giving: Annual donation to a charity of your choice • 401(k) with generous match • Professional development training • Fun stuff: Quarterly events, annual employee appreciation, company retreat, and lots of fun in between • Anniversary celebrations, gifts, and more • Drama-free work environment.
