Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will focus on executing and supporting marketing strategies that engage customers throughout their lifecycle, aiming to enhance retention, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns to nurture and engage customers.
• Segment customer lists to tailor communications and optimize engagement strategies.
• Create and curate content for email and digital marketing initiatives aimed at various customer touchpoints.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless customer journey.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on lifecycle or customer engagement.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
