Technical Sales Manager - Sensor or electrical background is big plus - 58007
• Visit End users, OEM, new and current users
• Evaluate territory performance & identify and close target markets and new business opportunities
• Develop & implement a territory sales plan
• Manage national & regional accounts
• Maintain customer database
• Work closely with distribution partners
• Participate in development of marketing materials and support of product promotion through advertising, trade shows and general public relations
• Provide product feedback, growth estimates, new product needs & recommendations to corporate R&D
• Manage Independent Sales Reps & Distributors
• Provide technical and other support
Required Skills
• Ability to work independently in a sales and technical capacity
• Sharp presentation skills with excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to travel within territory extensively
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural, team oriented environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Demonstrate new business closing skills
• Must use CRM “Pipedrive” to manage deals and contacts
Required Experience
• Business-to-Business Sales
• Five or more years of sales experience in the industrial field
• Sensor or electrical background
• Technical solution-based selling along with management-level selling
• Selling to end-user and or distribution market place
