Medical Account Excutive
Inspired by life and the concept of a new science at the frontier between cosmetics and medicine, NAOS is developing its activities in the fields of beauty, health and well-being through its three brands: Bioderma, Institut Esthederm and Etat Pur. Present in 90 countries, the company designs and manufactures its products in Aix-en-Provence (France). Our subsidiary, NAOS North America (Canada/US) is looking for a U.S Medical Account Executive.
This position is based in Houston, TX.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Sales Director USA , your primary responsibilities will be:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Achieve and/or exceed USA sales objectives and goals.
• Build strong professional relationships, establish credibility and rapport with customers.
• Compile data on prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from business directories, industry ads, congresses, and other sources.
• Maintain accurate, current data on each customer including practice/office demographics, staff, call and sales history.
• Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of product line through reading/analyzing clinical articles, promotional material, technical literature, and attending company sponsored training/meetings.
• Clearly understand and embrace key product branding strategies and effectively implement them throughout selling process utilizing company developed materials.
MEDICAL SALES MANAGEMENT
• Generate brand awareness and brand prescriptions within the targeted medical communities.
• Regular e-visits to our customers in order to generate prescription &, increase our data-list.
• Organisation of B2B brand presentation webinar
• Provide samples and trade size products to HCP and major healthcare centers of the territory (dermbox).
PR & MARKETING ACTIVITIES
• Organize and participate in major scientific events & congress on the territory.
• Identify high potential HCP to develop them as speakers for the company.
• B2B newsletter creation according to strategy Activation, launches, Congresses, etc
OTHER ATIVITIES
• Monitor competition by gathering information on new launches, healthcare professionals’ feedbacks.
• Provide competitive intelligence feedback to the hierarchy.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Use scientific and medical knowledge to inform, promote and answer questions from healthcare professionals
• Good knowledge of biology, dermatology and/or any related fields of scientific knowledge
• Negotiation, prospecting and selling skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
EXPERIENCE
• Well acquainted by the principles of medical visits
• Experience in the medical/pharmaceutical industry and/or any related industry (2 to 5 years)
• Experience in dermo cosmetics will be an advantage
• Experience with dermatologists, Pediatrics, GP doctors will be an advantage
EDUCATION
• Bachelor degree in any significant field: Marketing, biochemistry, biology, science, etc…
• Any other diploma, degree or master related to Business Administration will be an advantage
• Any pharma industry professional certification will be an advantage
BUSINESS TRAVELS
• Should be legally authorised to travel across North America
• Average of 1 travel per month
