Role Description
This role involves working with the Employee Benefits Communication and Design team on heavy production work to:
• Be a general Adobe InDesign wizard
• Work with templates to create new – and edit existing – materials
• Produce and deliver work on time; meet deadlines as set by the project manager
• Work within design guidelines, standards and best practices
• Manage client assets and develop, organize and maintain client folders within a shared network
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Follow timelines
Qualifications
• Bachelor (of Art/Science) Degree in Graphic Design preferred
• At least two years of graphics/production experience in a professional environment
• Fast and accurate hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite
• WordPress experience is a plus, but not required
• Demonstrated computer proficiency (Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite)
• Employee benefits knowledge is a plus, but not required
• A creative mind
Requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to compose clear and concise correspondence
