Job Overview: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant based overseas who is a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented person to support our daily operations, digital marketing efforts, and customer relationship management. This role requires a versatile professional who can handle misc administrative tasks, manage social media accounts, optimize SEO strategies, help with recruiting, and oversee CRM systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about marketing and business administration. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for executives. • Handle emails, phone calls, inbox management, and correspondence efficiently. • Personal Assistance • Research • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed. • Maintain digital and physical files in an organized manner. • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting. • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. CRM & Database Management: • Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate client information. • Track leads, sales activities, and client interactions. • Generate reports and insights to improve customer relationship strategies. • Assist in automating workflows and email campaigns for customer outreach. Other Duties: • Support HR with recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. • Assist with event planning and coordination. • Perform other administrative and marketing tasks as assigned. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management: • Develop and schedule content for company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). • Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and monitor brand presence. • Assist in creating marketing materials such as newsletters, blog posts, and promotional campaigns. • Track social media analytics and adjust strategies to improve engagement. SEO & Website Management: • Conduct keyword research to improve website traffic. • Optimize website content for search engine visibility. • Monitor website performance and make SEO recommendations. • Collaborate with developers or marketing teams to implement updates. Qualifications & Requirements: • Proven experience in an administrative or digital marketing role. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools. • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and website management. • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
