We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Workday Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and maintaining our existing Workday solutions, with a focus on US payroll and data extraction. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to the seamless operation of our systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience with Workday, specifically in US payroll.
• Strong skills in data extraction and data migration processes.
• Ability to support and maintain Workday solutions effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in backfilling and supporting project teams.
• Knowledge of additional Workday modules.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for the existing Workday solutions.
• Extract and manage data for data migration files.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless system operations.
• Assist in backfilling roles to support project needs.
