About the position The Senior Administrative Assistant for the Roastery & Reserve team at Starbucks plays a crucial role in providing advanced administrative support to executives within a dynamic and innovative business unit. Responsibilities • Provide advanced administrative support to executives in the Roastery & Reserve business unit. , • Represent the office of the executive with high customer service and interpersonal skills. , • Support leaders and admin teams to improve productivity and morale. , • Host and facilitate team meetings, conferences, and department activities. Requirements • High School diploma/GED or 4 or more years of US military service. , • 5 or more years of experience in administrative assistant or coordinator roles. , • Ability to apply multidisciplinary business principles to achieve successful outcomes. , • Demonstrates confidence, composure, and professionalism. , • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects. , • Clear and concise communication skills, both orally and in writing. , • Ability to interact effectively at multiple organizational levels. , • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. , • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. , • Ability to exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making. , • Knowledge of general office administration and procedures.
