Tax Agent - 2+Yrs Paid Tax Experience Required

About the position Responsibilities • Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. • Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation. • Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries. • Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers. • Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns. • Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney. • Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws. • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). • Excellent customer service skills. Nice-to-haves • Experience using commercial tax preparation software. • Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional manner.
