About the position
Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound consumer contacts through phone calls, email, and live chat in a lively and knowledgeable manner.
• Engage in both verbal and written communication with consumers.
• Utilize technology and tools such as Salesforce and digital knowledge bases to assist consumers.
• Provide excellent service during high volume contact periods.
• Adhere to the planned schedule, including breaks and shift timings based on consumer demand.
• Represent the LEGO Group brand with an outstanding tone of voice.
• Maintain confidentiality as per the agreement.
• Meet performance expectations based on post-contact survey results and daily efficiency metrics.
• Work on key company holidays and during peak seasons, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
• Work two weekend days in a four-week period, scheduled based on volume.
Requirements
• Experience in providing premium customer service and/or inbound sales, preferably in a retail environment.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Confidence to make independent judgments regarding consumer needs.
• Access to a secure Wi-Fi network and a private workspace for remote work.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with virtual assessments.
