Responsibilities • Collaborate with team members to facilitate the preparation and submission of permits, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. , • Perform bookkeeping duties, meticulously maintaining financial records, invoices, and expense reports. , • Ensure accurate record keeping of project-related documents, including contracts, change orders, and permits. , • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents as needed. , • Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers, executing tasks promptly and efficiently. , • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and project-related activities, maintaining an up-to-date calendar. , • Maintain effective communication with colleagues, supervisors, and clients, ensuring clear and concise exchange of information. , • Support various miscellaneous tasks to ensure the smooth execution of projects, including but not limited to data entry, preparing reports, and conducting research.
