Facebook Ads Very High CPM Problem

Then we create a new pixel, a new ad account, new ads, interest targeting, and again, UK, Australia, and Ireland. But again, CPM is around $50-$70. We are selling a supplement in the health niche. Before that, we have scaled our brand to 8 figures with Facebook ads, and we have experience. From our experience, the EU Countries and Australia CPM were always around $10-$20, and the USA CPM around $30-$50. But right now, the CPM is so much, we don't know what's wrong.
