What You'll Be Selling We offer outsourced sales solutions to small business owners (typically <15 employees) who have grown through referrals but now need real outbound strategy. These are founder-led businesses that don’t have sales teams—and that's where we come in. Our service pairs high-quality SDR work with coaching so our clients can close cold outbound deals for the first time. Compensation • Base: $1,000/month • Commission: $2–3k/month on average • Top performers: Earn $3,000+ • Time commitment: ~5–8 hours/week • Call load: 3–4 sales calls/day We provide comprehensive training during your first week.
