Our San Diego, California office is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will work closely with team leadership and partners to conceptualize and develop on-brand content that resonates with our target audience through digital and traditional media through all touch points in the client lifecycle. In this role, you will develop and manage content (digital, print, social media, email, webinars/seminars, editorial, etc), manage campaign tracking and reporting and provide general marketing support for internal stakeholders.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $68,000.00 - $75,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions
Content Development and Optimization
• Support development, execution and optimization of seminar/webinar presentations, email campaigns, video, brand advertising, editorial placements, white papers, case studies and guidebooks with audience-specific messaging
• Recommend and conduct testing and other channel optimizations
• Oversee project plans and provide regular status updates to leadership to enable strategic decisions and actions
• Ensure compliance with both industry regulations and company policies and procedures
• Collaborate within Marketing to ensure cohesive cross-channel campaign management
Campaign Tracking and Reporting
• Monitor campaign set up within Salesforce and partner to monitor response management
• Partner to set up campaign tracking codes, pull marketing lists and monitor reporting for accuracy
• Assist analytics partners to review special data and conduct analysis related to campaign optimization
• Regularly share campaign results and conduct channel reviews to enable informed, strategic decisions
General Marketing Support
• Support the timely distribution of marketing collateral to prospects
• Regularly track and share insights into market best practices
• Stay up-to-date with latest technologies, developments and best practices
• Assisting in the scheduling and preparation for events
Education/Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing or related major
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience
• Proven experience with: Paid Advertising, Marketing & SEO and managing campaigns across multiple search engine and key social platforms
• Ability to create and execute on Email Campaigns and Workflows
• High level of comfort with analyzing campaign data
• Strong written and oral communication skills required
• Experience working with Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud required
• Experience with utilization of AI in ad creation a plus
• Management experience overseeing a marketing team and cross-functional projects is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as the Lead is $67,300.00 to $97,600.00.
