Junior Account Executive (Weekend Shift)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone, text, and email to generate new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads through effective questioning and research to understand their needs and pain points.
• Schedule meetings between potential clients and attorneys.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system, primarily using Salesforce.
• Utilize Attention AI and other cutting-edge internal products to enhance selling efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion, reschedules, and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
• Experience in a sales development or lead generation role is a plus but not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• A results-driven mindset with a desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
