Position Summary
We are seeking organized and motivated individuals to join our remote team as Account Associates. In this entry-level role, you'll support day-to-day operations for client accounts, manage routine communications, and keep internal systems updated. No previous experience is needed — paid training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Update client records and maintain account documentation
• Communicate with clients via email or chat for basic updates and follow-ups
• Track tasks and assist with scheduling and coordination
• Support internal team members with reports or account-related data
• Ensure accuracy and timely entry of client information in CRM tools
What You’ll Need
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, online tools)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Ability to follow instructions and manage time independently
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience in admin support, sales, insurance, customer service, or data entry
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or Google Workspace
