JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES: The Neumann University School of Social Sciences, Humanities & Education invites applications for adjunct instructors to teach quantitative methodology in our online EdD in Educational Leadership program. Duties & Responsibilities: • Teach Quantitative and/or Mixed Methods courses for the EdD in Educational Leadership program of study. • The faculty member will be expected to provide high-quality teaching in research methods courses in the doctoral program in online modalities. • This position is for online instruction. Required Qualifications: • An earned doctoral degree from a regionally accredited institution preferably in an education-related discipline. • Expertise in quantitative research design and methodology. Preference will be given to candidates who also have mixed methods experience. • A record of successful teaching experience and demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching. • Candidates must possess an appreciation for, congruence with, and commitment to the Franciscan mission of the University that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
