The Role: Strategic Clients Sr. Analyst As we continue to expand across the Americas, we are looking for a Strategic Clients Sr. Analyst to join our dynamic team! As part of the Strategic Clients Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving success with existing clients across banks and fintechs in the Americas. This includes providing operational, coordination, and strategy support in client-growth-related activities, supporting/managing client relationships, and driving loyalty and rewards campaign activities. Proficiency in Portuguese is essential, as this role will also involve supporting key clients in Brazil. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, has an eye for detail, and knows how to make things happen — especially when it comes to keeping complex client operations running smoothly. Your impact • Support the Strategic Clients team in retaining and growing Ascenda’s existing client relationships by acting as a key point of contact, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day tasks and escalations across customer service, technology, marketing, legal, and reporting functions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Partnerships, Product and Engineering, to grow the client’s business with Ascenda • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including gaining client approvals and tracking deliverables • Facilitate legal and compliance documentation such as NDAs and basic authorization notices • Use SQL and internal dashboards to monitor and analyze client metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. • Coordinate campaign mechanics, backend configuration, mockups and approvals of marketing assets provided by clients. • Perform industry research to support the Strategic Clients Team in providing insights and recommendations for clients' growth. • Perform other ad hoc job-related duties as assigned. Who You Are • Min. 3-4 years of working experience with 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or partnerships • Strong ability in project management and a proven track record of efficiently handling multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely completion with high quality • Excellent communication and relationship management skills — confident interacting with external stakeholders • Excellent communication in both Portuguese and English with good relationship management skills — confident interacting with internal & external stakeholders • Comfortable with numbers, strong ability to monitor and analyze performance, develop insights and tell compelling stories • Cultural sensitivity and an ability to develop strong relationships with clients from different cultures and backgrounds around the world • Proactive and possess a strong ability to navigate and work independently within a fast-paced and changing work environment • Strong alignment with Ascenda’s core values of growth mindset, hands-on ownership, supportive collaboration, and radical simplicity • A growth mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Experience within the banking / fintech / loyalty industry is a big plus Why Join Ascenda?
