Bookkeeper – Construction & Real Estate | Remote or Hybrid (20–30 hrs/week)

About Us: We are Colorado Construction Services and Sevens Holdings LLC — fast-growing companies in real estate, construction, and property management. We’re looking for an experienced bookkeeper to manage accounting across multiple entities with flexible, part-time hours and long-term potential. Key Responsibilities: • Reconcile multiple bank and credit card accounts • Run payroll through Gusto • Track hours using Clockify • Manage books in QuickBooks Online • Perform monthly and quarterly closings • Maintain property financials in Buildium • Track subcontractor COIs and manage 1099s • Handle construction job costing and CAPEX tracking • Support audits and tax preparation Requirements: • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience (preferably in construction, real estate, or property management) • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Gusto, Google Sheets/Excel • Familiarity with Buildium and Clockify (or willing to learn) • Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-managed • Able to work 20–30 hours/week (flexible schedule) Preferred Qualifications: • Experience managing multiple LLCs or entities • Job costing and construction billing familiarity • Prior COI and vendor compliance experience Schedule & Compensation: • 20–30 hours/week • Remote or hybrid (Denver preferred, but not required) • Flexible schedule • Compensation based on experience To Apply: Please apply through Indeed AND complete our short application form here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Fyx4Y4ukyfjGeRlclbvfaMKrM6jx3yhWhI5c8KiVmV8/edit Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
