Description
The Customer Support Technician is a seasonal position aimed at providing outstanding customer support during our summer classes focused on A.I., video game design, Unity 3D, app design, coding, ROBLOX, Minecraft, and more. This role runs from May through August and offers a flexible schedule of 20 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, phone, and email
• Assist parents, students, teachers, and program directors with inquiries regarding student projects, software, curricula, and general summer camp support
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve instructor and parent concerns
