Integration Strategy Manager

Description: • eBay is seeking an Integration Manager to join the eBay Motors team • Drive the integration of Caramel into the eBay Motors ecosystem • Act as a strategic advisor • Organize and manage regular business reviews • Work closely with business, product, customer service, and other teams • Create and present executive-level presentations • Lead projects from planning through execution • Develop and implement processes that enhance operational success • Take operational ownership of key initiatives Requirements: • Minimum of 5+ years of related experience • 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or in a strategy & planning role at a major corporation • MBA preferred but not required • Proven track record in managing complex projects • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience in creating executive-level presentations and reports • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence and project management • Strong analytical skills Benefits: • target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) • full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits • 401(k) eligibility • various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
