We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment that empowers our staff to excel in their roles. • *Key Responsibilities:** • Respond to and manage incoming medical inquiries via email, providing accurate and courteous support to clients and stakeholders. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and timely responses to client needs. • Maintain and update client records and databases to ensure data accuracy and privacy compliance. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues, escalating complex cases when necessary. • Provide feedback to management on common client concerns to help improve service delivery processes. • *Required Skills and Qualifications:** • Associate's degree in a relevant field; bachelor's degree preferred. • Excellent written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and grammar. • Experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting. • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical terminology is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
