Job Summary:

The Senior Compensation Analyst will play a vital role in driving the success of our DX Compensation team. As a trusted partner to our internal Compensation team, you'll be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and administering various compensation programs, with a focus on crafting and maintaining compensation analysis tools. To excel in this role, you'll need strong analytical skills, experience in compensation, and the ability to develop and automate compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Compensation teams to create and implement compensation analysis tools, supporting a range of work efforts and driving process improvements through data automation.
  • Lead and coordinate compensation projects, including annual increase planning and compensation market survey submissions, to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve pay process and system challenges, ensuring seamless compensation operations.
  • Build strong relationships with key partners, including Enterprise and segment Compensation teams, HRIS, Workforce Management, GHRO, Payroll, and Labor Relations, to drive successful planning and implementation of compensation changes.
  • Support the implementation of HR and compensation systems, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal system utilization.
  • Develop and share your expertise with the team through training and knowledge-sharing, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, with a strong track record of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Access), MS SQL Server, VBA or Visual Basic, and MS Visual Studio.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in both Union and non-Union environments, with a deep understanding of compensation principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in fast-paced environments, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Workday, SAP HR systems, and pay systems (e.g., CATS and MYTIME), as well as other programming languages or cloud-based solutions (e.g., Python, Snowflake).
  • Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and a strong ability to learn new applications quickly.
