As a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a vital role in building our India presence and Technology-focused teams, driving business growth and innovation.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our recruitment efforts in India, focusing on Technology and Engineering roles. As a strategic partner to our hiring managers and stakeholders, you'll develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment, and foster meaningful relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for Porch's India international recruitment efforts
  • Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies to cultivate strong and diverse pipelines of qualified external prospects
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to drive the end-to-end interview process, including job posting, interview planning, reference checks, and offer approval and negotiation
  • Establish and maintain relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally
  • Utilize data from our ATS to improve talent progress, efficiency, and productivity
  • Source active and passive candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods, including employee referrals, networking, research, and advanced search tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or 4 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of)
  • 6+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience, with proven experience recruiting for Engineering and Product roles in targeted international markets
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), with Workday Recruiting strongly preferred
  • Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Team player mindset with an eye for talent and a passion for relationship-driven recruiting
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English language
  • Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations (Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap)
